The “Lookin Ass” rapstress is currently celebrating her new single “Anaconda” being #1 on the iTunes Rap Chart, while her remix of Beyoncé’s “Flawless” is also making huge waves in the music world. I have to say, I think that its 10 times better than the original.
Nicki spoke to Hot97 early this morning about how she got the call that Beyoncé wanted her to remix the song, a moment that Nicki said was cause for her to lose her breath – can you blame her?! Bey even stopped by the studio when Miss Minaj was recording her verse and told her that she wanted Nicki to just go in as hard as she could and also be herself on the track.
Remy Ma also came up in conversation now that she is in the process of being rebuilding her post-prison life, and Nicki said that she would be happy to collab with her. She added that she has been a fan of Remy Ma’s for a long time and that she remains a fan now.
